Q. Is there any obligation if we ask Wilson & Hart to design our home?
A. NO! If you like our standard and quality of finishes, there is no charge or obligation if we design a home for you.

Q. Are Wilson & Hart the "builder" and are the associated with any other buiding company?
A. Yes, Wilson & Hart are "the" builder. We do not have any association with any other builder or supplier and have no contractual obligations to deal with any of them.

Q. Does Wilson & Hart use sub-contractor labour?
A. Yes, however most of our trades people have been with us for many years (we are currently building homes with clients who built with us previously using the same supervisor and tradespeople.)

Q. Can we change the facade or style of our home to suit our needs?
A. Yes, we will change the facade. Some designs already have options or we will create something new just for you.

Q. Does Wilson & Hart understand the Green Smart and Energy Efficiency requirements in the building industry?
A. YES! Wilson & Hart have Housing Energy Rating Assessors accredited by the Sustainable Energy Development Office (SEDO) and can provide house energy ratings and certificates.

Q. What are site costs?
A. Wilson & Hart will inspect your site to assist you with assessing any site preparation costs, such as cutting, filling levelling, compaction, digging, retaining walls, septic systems, etc.

Q. Can Wilson & Hart assist us with finance?
A. Yes, we have a financial advisor who will come to your home to discuss your needs
