Each of our display homes has a number of different floor plans available. In addition, every home can be modified to suit you and the site you choose to build on.

We know many of our clients are passionate about their ideas for a new home. Most home builders won’t build someone’s own plans but at Wilson & Hart our flexibility means you’re able to get the home you want.
Even if you have a rough sketch you’ve done yourself, Wilson & Hart understand what you want to turn it into. Our team can sit down with you and discuss what and why you have drawn what you have so as to ensure we understand exactly what you are trying to achieve in your new home.
Some clients may have chosen to go with their own designer or draftsperson. At Wilson & Hart you’ll find us flexible enough to deal with your own plans.
Please be aware that Wilson & Hart respects other builders copyright and for that reason, if you have your own set of plans, we ask that you sign a copyright ownership authority indicating you have the authority to use the plans. If you have paid a designer to draw them for you, in most cases that will also mean you own the copyright.
